Ive spent 3 months journeying with the divine soul through so much stuff I way carrying around food, eating, emotional baggage, old patterning and self-beliefs. A lot around nutrition and what healthy eating looks like for me, my vitamin and mineral deficiencies and how to rebalance them, and reprogramming the way I see myself and the world. Around my guilt and shame from childhood, sexuality, life, and so so much more. And may I say, it’s been nothing short of transformational!!
It’s been challenging that’s for sure, holding up a mirror to the stubborn parts of me that were reluctant to step out of their comfort zone, be seen and healed, but Thyrza helped me every step of the way.
I recently told her she is like “a swift kick to the balls…with love” and I meant every bit of it in the most endearing way.
There’s parts of me that strongly opposed change and we’re trying to find every which way to wriggle out of it, (the bloomin Taurus in me) but Thyrza is firm, strong in her beliefs and conviction, and her intuition is pin point precise with the ability to get straight to the heart of the matter. She continues to call me out on my shit, my excuses, my self-sabotaging, for my own good, without judgement, and help guide me back onto the path towards my most authentic divine self.
Her work is not for the faint hearted. It’s a commitment to deeply loving yourself enough to change, in big ways, ways that will definitely take you out of your comfort zones…but Thyrza will be there supporting you every minute of the day, without fail. I could not have asked for a better teacher to cross my path at this time in my life, and I am deeply grateful for all that this divine soul is.

Your crystal insightfulness & graciousness in delivering your prompts/messages/ tools, and beautiful humanitarianism etc etc etc (I could sooo easily keep going . . . ) – has allowed me to ‘step away’ from the heaviest thing which no longer served me. I have done several group workshops and one on one sessions with Thyrza over the past 5yrs through different stages in my life. I saw Thyrza a few weeks ago (August 2014) to clear some blocks that I was having around starting my own business. I have always got so far, and never really progressed forward. So I asked Thyrza to help me. Not really knowing if she could or where it would take me/us. What happened was truly Transformative. Thyrza intuitively picked up on what was happening and worked with me and our guides to release the blocks.
The physical pain I had been feeling in my shoulders (which i hadn’t told her about, which she picked up on in the session) passed after the session. She was extremely nurturing and I felt looked after on so many levels.

I came to meet Thyrza Insley last year (2013) when working in Perth, Australia. Her warm and healing energy was evident from the first moment I met her. She seemed connected to much more than just this material world. Although I could sense she had some information, guidance we could say, for me, she was incredibly professional in the way that she did not jump straight on me but allowed me first to get to know her and feel comfortable before asking me if I would like to hear the reading she got from me.
This is very important as not everyone is ready or willing to hear readings or receive guidance from a spiritual healer. It is absolutely important to give the receiver space and time to invite the reading themselves. I was very impressed by this control and compassion towards my spirit and I hence welcomed the reading.
Thyrza has a gentle but sure way of conveying her readings that both calm and assure the receiver of what they are hearing.
