As I near the end of my 21 day water fast I’d like to make a shout out to my coach, mentor, guider, healer, supporter and elder, Thyrza Insley from Thyrza, A Divine Universe. This woman is without a doubt next level! 100%
Ive spent 3 months journeying with the divine soul through so much stuff I way carrying around food, eating, emotional baggage, old patterning and self-beliefs. A lot around nutrition and what healthy eating looks like for me, my vitamin and mineral deficiencies and how to rebalance them, and reprogramming the way I see myself and the world. Around my guilt and shame from childhood, sexuality, life, and so so much more. And may I say, it’s been nothing short of transformational!!
It’s been challenging that’s for sure, holding up a mirror to the stubborn parts of me that were reluctant to step out of their comfort zone, be seen and healed, but Thyrza helped me every step of the way.
I recently told her she is like “a swift kick to the balls…with love” and I meant every bit of it in the most endearing way.
There’s parts of me that strongly opposed change and we’re trying to find every which way to wriggle out of it, (the bloomin Taurus in me) but Thyrza is firm, strong in her beliefs and conviction, and her intuition is pin point precise with the ability to get straight to the heart of the matter. She continues to call me out on my shit, my excuses, my self-sabotaging, for my own good, without judgement, and help guide me back onto the path towards my most authentic divine self.
Her work is not for the faint hearted. It’s a commitment to deeply loving yourself enough to change, in big ways, ways that will definitely take you out of your comfort zones…but Thyrza will be there supporting you every minute of the day, without fail. I could not have asked for a better teacher to cross my path at this time in my life, and I am deeply grateful for all that this divine soul is.
